mawardi and perfect green pistacchios are ground to a paste to make this excellent ice cream. chopped caramelised pistacchios are added to give this ice cream even more flavour.
this sorbet is free from colouring agents and aromatic pastes. every half kilo of this sorbet contains 250g of carefully selected strawberries.
